Information for Existing Security System Customers

Keyholder Updates

It is important that you let us know if there are any changes to your key-holder list. Even if it is just for the weekend…! That way, we can ensure that the right person will be contacted in the event that your security system is activated.

It is equally as important that your key holders are clear that the alarm can activate at any time so they should always be available on the numbers they have provided.

All requests received by 2pm will be completed the same working day.

Report a Fault

If your system appears to have developed a fault, please contact us as soon as possible on 01869 247750 – 24 hour emergency service is available.

We recommend that you carry out periodic testing of your alarm system to ensure that you are aware of any detectors that are becoming sluggish or sounders that don’t sound!

We have a four hour response time and will always offer a two hour time slot, so you do not have to hang around all day!

ROUTINE SYSTEM INSPECTIONS

Your intruder alarm and/or CCTV system will be serviced once or twice a year depending on whether it has a police response in place.

We will remind you by email or post in the month prior to when the inspection visit is due.
